How to use

Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner. For topical use, dilute in a carrier oil (2% dilution, approx. 4 drops per 10ml carrier oil) before applying to skin. Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale for steam inhalation.
