Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. As our workshops and courses are held on specific dates with limited places available, please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

This policy applies to all Gifts for the Senses workshops and courses, including candle making workshops, full-day business workshops, 2-day courses, private sessions and one-to-one bookings.

Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please email us as soon as possible at hello@giftsforthesenses.co.uk.

More than 14 days before your workshop date

You will receive a full refund, or you may request to transfer your booking to another available date.

7 to 14 days before your workshop date

You will receive a 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before your workshop date

No refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your place to another person, or we may be able to move your booking to a future date, subject to availability.

Transferring Your Place

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person. Please email us before the workshop with the new attendee's name and contact details.

Date transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Non-Attendance

If you do not attend on the day and have not contacted us in advance, no refund or date transfer will be issued.

Cancellations or Changes by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, you will be offered either:

• a full refund; or
• the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as travel, parking, childcare or accommodation.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your workshop so that we can begin promptly and give everyone the full experience.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the workshop may begin without you. We will do our best to help you catch up where possible, but missed time cannot be added to the end of the session.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Cancel or Make Changes

Please email hello@giftsforthesenses.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel, transfer your place or request a date change.
