Delivery
How much is UK delivery?
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30.
For orders under £30, a standard delivery charge will apply and will be shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods, weekends and UK bank holidays.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 as an express delivery option at checkout.
This is available for an additional cost and usually aims to deliver within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes, local collection is available from our Coulsdon shop.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Are your crystals natural?
Yes, our crystals are natural, so each one may vary slightly in colour, shape, markings and size.
This makes every crystal unique.
Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?
Not always. Product photos are a guide, but natural crystals can vary slightly.
We always choose your item with care.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes, our candles are hand-poured in small batches.
Because they are handmade, there may be small natural differences between each candle.

Do you offer candle making workshops?
Yes, we offer relaxed candle making workshops at our Coulsdon shop.
Our workshops are suitable for beginners and are designed to be calm, creative and enjoyable.
How many people can attend a workshop?
Our in-store candle making workshops are small and friendly, with a maximum of 7 people per session.
For business, workplace or private group workshops held at your own venue, we can usually accommodate up to 12 people.
Can I book a private workshop?
Yes, private workshops may be available for birthdays, friends, small groups, hen parties, celebrations or special occasions.
Workshops can take place at our Coulsdon shop, or we may be able to come to your venue for larger groups of up to 12 people.

Do you offer workshops for businesses?
Yes, we offer candle making workshops for businesses, teams and organisations.
These can be a lovely choice for staff wellbeing, team building, client experiences, workplace socials or thoughtful corporate events.
Workshops can be held at our Coulsdon shop for smaller groups, or we can come to your workplace or chosen venue for groups of up to 12 people.

Yes, absolutely. No experience is needed.
Our workshops are friendly, relaxed and fully guided, so everyone can enjoy creating their own candle, even if they have never made one before.

Yes, we offer candle making business training for beginners who would like to learn how to make candles professionally and understand the basics of starting a candle business.
We currently offer a 1-Day Candle Making Business Workshop and our more in-depth Wax to Wealth 2-Day Candle Making for Business Course.
