Refund policy

 

We want you to feel confident shopping with Gifts for the Senses. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll always do our best to help and resolve the issue quickly.

Simple Returns in 3 Steps

1.      Email hello@giftsforthesenses.co.uk within 15 days of receiving your order.

2.      We will send you instructions on how to return your item.

3.      Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

 

Returns

We offer a 15-day return period, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

·        unused and in the same condition that you received it

·        in its original packaging

·        accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation

Please note: items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Changed Your Mind?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 15 days of receiving it, provided that it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

This includes items such as candles, crystals, and aromatherapy products where the scent, appearance, or item may not be exactly what you expected.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you would prefer a different item, you are welcome to place a new order once your return has been accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

-        personal care products that have been opened or used

-        customised or personalised items

-        gift cards

-        sale items

 

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
