White sage is one of the most powerful cleansing herbs used in smudging rituals, while sweetgrass wrapped with the sage, adds a soft, sweet, vanilla-like fragrance that is warming and uplifting. Together they make a wonderfully balanced smudge stick for both cleansing and blessing a space.

How to use

Light the tip of the smudge stick and allow it to catch, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders. Move through your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners and around doorways. Set your intention as you go. When finished, press the tip firmly into a heatproof dish or abalone shell to extinguish.
