Over two supportive, hands-on days, you'll learn how to make soy wax container candles using pure essential oils, while also exploring the key business foundations needed to start building your own candle range.
With a maximum of just 4 students, this course offers a more personal learning experience, giving you time to ask questions, practise your technique and begin shaping your own candle business ideas.
Unlike our relaxed, creative candle making experience, this course goes deeper into product development, testing, pricing, branding, sales channels and marketing, helping you understand what is involved in moving from making candles as a hobby to creating candles you may one day sell.

This course gives you practical guidance on candle making for business, including safety testing, candle safety warning labels, pricing, branding, marketing and when CLP labelling applies.
It is designed to help you understand the foundations of starting a candle business, but it does not replace professional legal, insurance or Trading Standards advice.
